Do I need to register on the site to fill out the online government forms?

No, you do not need to register to fill out these online forms.  However, you will not be able to save your data if you have not registered with and logged on the site.

What are the benefits of registering for an account?

If you register for an account, you will have the ability to save the data you have on your forms for future use.  Also, data that you have saved can auto-populate other government forms that are currently available on the site.  This saves you time in filling out these forms.

Is there a time limit for filling out these forms?

The eform system will timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity.  If you are filling out a form, then step away from your computer and come back after 30 minutes, you will lose all the information you have entered.  If you have registered for an account and logged in, it is recommended that you save your data so you can access it at a later time.

I filled out the form but now I cannot save or print the form.  Why is this happening?

The eform system will timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity.

If you are logged in and your session times out, then the system will automatically log you out, and you will lose data that you did not save.  Also, you will not be able to print your form after your session is timed out.

 

If you are not logged in and your session times out, you will not be able to print the form.

How can I access my previously saved forms?

To access your previously saved forms, you will need to logon with your username and password.  Once logged in, click on the 'My Forms' option found on the left menu.  You will find your saved forms (if any) on this page. Kindly note that the 'My Forms' option is only visible when a user is logged in.

What software do I need to print out the form?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that is required to print these forms. Download Acrobat Reader.

How can I print a blank form?

We encourage users to fill out the forms online and print them out.  However, if you just prefer to print a blank form, you can click on the form you want to access, go to the next step of the form and select the ‘Close Form’ option.  From the Close Options page, select the ‘Print without Saving’ option.  The pdf version of the form will be displayed on the screen.  You can then print this form by clicking on the print icon found on the pdf window.
